Enjoy the Festivities with Appalachian Highland Celts!
At Appalachian Highland Celts, we celebrate the rich culture and traditions of the Celts throughout the year, with a variety of events and festivals that are open to everyone. Whether you are interested in music, dance, food, or just having a good time, we have something for everyone.
Our main event of the year is the Summer Solstice, a celebration of the longest day of the year and the beginning of summer. This event features live music, traditional dancing, and a variety of food and drink options, as well as activities for all ages. It is a great opportunity to come together with friends and family and enjoy the warmth and beauty of summer.
Another important event for us is our Burns event, which celebrates the life and work of the Scottish poet Robert Burns. This event features readings of Burns' poetry, traditional Scottish music, and a special meal that includes haggis, neeps, and tatties, a traditional Scottish dish. It is a great way to experience the rich literary and culinary traditions of Scotland.
To stay up-to-date on all of our events, be sure to check out our events calendar on our website. We also post updates and announcements on our Facebook page, so be sure to follow us there to never miss an opportunity to celebrate and share the rich culture and traditions of the Celts.
Our events are open to everyone, regardless of age, background, or experience level. We strive to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all, and we hope that you will join us and experience the joy and camaraderie of the Celtic community.
