The Appalachian Highland Celts welcome you to the Upper East Tennessee Celtic Festival, a two-day celebration of Celtic heritage, Highland tradition, and the deep Scots-Irish roots of the Appalachian mountain communities.
Set on the historic grounds of Tipton-Haynes State Historic Site in Johnson City, Tennessee, the festival brings together families, clans, heritage enthusiasts, athletes, musicians, artisans, and the simply curious for a weekend unlike anything else in the region.
Whether your people came through the Great Wagon Road, settled the ridges of Carter County, or you are just discovering your heritage for the first time, this is your gathering.
