Vendor Rules
AHC vendor rules for the Celtic Festival and other AHC events. Every vendor agrees to these at registration.
Booth passes. Each vendor receives 4 passes regardless of space size. Passes are for designated booth representatives or staff only and cannot be transferred to guests, family, or anyone not working the booth. Passes must be worn while at the festival. Additional guest passes are $5 each.
Booth coverage. A booth representative must be present any time the festival is open to the public.
Tents and furniture. Vendors bring their own tents, tables, and furniture.
Payment before setup. Booth fees must be paid in full before you can set up.
Vehicles. All vehicles must be off festival grounds before the festival opens each day and cannot return until after closing. If you need to leave early, walk your gear out (wagons or small carts are fine) or come back to pack up after hours.
Setup, teardown, booth management. Each vendor is responsible for their own.
Generators. If you need power and AHC cannot provide it, you may bring your own. It must be an ultra-quiet inverter generator.
Rain or shine. Festivals run on the scheduled dates regardless of weather. Vendor fees are non-refundable.
AHC events are meant to be safe, family-friendly, educational, and enjoyable for everyone. Vendors are expected to act professionally and follow these rules along with applicable local and federal laws. If a problem comes up, AHC reserves the right to ask a vendor to leave. The vendor fee is not refunded in that case.
