Photo and Media Release

 

AHC documents its events through photos and video. By attending an AHC event, registering as a vendor, athlete, or clan, or appearing in our photos at any AHC location, you grant us permission to use those photos and videos for nonprofit, educational, and promotional purposes, including:

• Our website and social media

• Future event marketing

• Annual reports and grant applications

• Print publications about AHC and the festival

We never sell event photography to third parties.

Opting out

If you would prefer not to be photographed, please:

• Tell our photographers at the event when they approach you.

• For vendors and athletes, email vendor@ahcelts.com or athletics@ahcelts.com before the event so we can flag your booth or roster entry.

• If you are already in a published photo and want it removed, email contact@ahcelts.com with the photo or link, and we will remove it.

Minors

For attendees under 18, we rely on parents or guardians to opt their children out using the same process. We make reasonable efforts not to publish identifying information about minors.
