About AHC

Appalachian Highland Celts is a Tennessee nonprofit promoting Celtic and Appalachian heritage in East Tennessee.

Registrations and rules

Vendor, athlete, and clan registrations are subject to their specific rule pages:

Registering means you have read and accept those rules.

Payments

All registration fees and store purchases are processed through our payment provider in U.S. dollars. Prices are subject to change.

Membership

If you become a member, your membership is governed by the tier you select at signup, including any benefits, term, and renewal terms shown on the membership page.

Site content

All site content (text, images, logos, design) is owned by AHC or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or republish it without our written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.

User content

If you submit photos, comments, or other content to AHC (for example, through forms or member accounts), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content for AHC’s nonprofit and promotional purposes.

Liability

AHC events involve physical activity, large gatherings, and outdoor conditions. Participation is at your own risk. AHC, its board, volunteers, and venue partners are not liable for injuries, accidents, or property loss to the extent permitted by law. Athletes and certain participants may be required to sign a separate liability waiver at check-in.

No warranty

The site is provided "as is." We do our best to keep information accurate but make no warranties about availability, accuracy, or fitness for any purpose.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Washington County, Tennessee.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
