Refund Policy

 

Event registrations

Vendor, athlete, and clan registration fees are non-refundable. Festivals are held rain or shine on their scheduled dates.

Substitutions

Athletes may transfer their registration to a substitute athlete in the same class, with prior approval from the Athletics Coordinator (athletics@ahcelts.com). Vendor and clan registrations are not transferable.

Festival cancellation

If AHC cancels a festival in full (not weather-related), registered vendors and athletes will be offered either a credit toward a future event or a refund, at AHC’s discretion.

Store purchases

Store merchandise can be returned within 14 days of delivery in unused condition for a full refund, minus shipping. Custom and personalized items are final sale. Email sales@ahcelts.com to start a return.

Memberships

Annual memberships are non-refundable once activated. If you are charged in error or believe your membership was processed incorrectly, email contact@ahcelts.com within 30 days and we will review.

Donations

Donations are non-refundable except in the case of demonstrable error.
