Appalachian Highland Celts ("AHC", "we", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

We collect information you give us directly through the site, including:

  • Contact information (name, email, phone, address) when you fill out the contact form, register as a vendor, athlete, or clan, sign up for membership, or buy from the store.

  • Payment information processed through our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

  • Account information if you create a member login.

  • Communications you send us by email or contact form.

We also collect limited automatic information through our site host (Wix), including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and approximate location, used for security and site analytics.

How we use it

We use your information to:

  • Process registrations, orders, and memberships.

  • Send confirmation, transactional, and follow-up emails about your registration or order.

  • Send newsletters or event announcements (only if you opt in).

  • Improve the site and respond to your questions.

We share information only with service providers who help us run AHC, including Wix (site hosting and forms), our payment processor, and email service providers. These providers are contractually required to protect your data.
